  1. (a)The requirements in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section apply to discharges from sonar domes.
  2. (b)The discharge of water from inside the sonar dome is prohibited during maintenance or repair.
  3. (c)Any discharge from the use of bioaccumulative biocides on the exterior of the sonar dome is prohibited when non-bioaccumulative alternatives are available.
