As used in this part:
  1. (a)The terms individual, maintain, record, and system of records have the same meanings as specified in 5 U.S.C. 552a.
  2. (b)EPA means the Environmental Protection Agency.
  3. (c)Working days means calendar days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
