  1. (a)An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for residues of d-limonene, (4R)-1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)cyclohexene, in or on all food commodities when applied as an herbicide in accordance with good agricultural practices.
  2. (b)An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for residues of d-limonene, (4R)-1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)cyclohexene, in or on all food commodities when applied as an insecticide in kitchens and pantries.
