  1. (a)General. Tolerances are established for residues of the plant regulator ethephon [(2-chloroethyl) phosphonic acid] in or on food commodities as follows:

  3. (c)Tolerances with regional registrations. A tolerance with regional registration, as defined in § 180.1(m), of 0.1 part per million is established for residues of the plant regulator ethephon [(2-chloroethyl)phosphonic acid] in or on the food commodity sugarcane.
