  1. (a)A routine housekeeping and litter removal schedule should be established and implemented so that the facility regularly presents a neat and clean appearance.
  2. (b)Solid wastes that cannot be processed by the facility should be removed from the facility at least weekly. Open burning or open dumping of this material should be prohibited.
