  2. (b)Plastic fencing containing recovered plastic for use in controlling snow or sand drifting and as a warning/safety barrier in construction or other applications.
  3. (c)Park benches and picnic tables containing recovered steel, aluminum, plastic, or concrete.
  4. (d)Playground equipment containing recovered plastic, steel, or aluminum.
