This subpart applies to both of the following:
  1. (a)Reviews by EPA and by the Human Studies Review Board of proposals to conduct new research subject to § 26.1125.
  2. (b)Reviews by EPA on or after April 15, 2013 and, to the extent required by § 26.1604, by the Human Studies Review Board of reports of completed research subject to § 26.1701.
