Owners and operators of new drip pads must ensure that the pads are designed, installed, and operated in accordance with one of the following:
  1. (a)all of the requirements of §§ 264.573 (except 264.573(a)(4)), 264.574 and 264.575 of this subpart, or
  2. (b)all of the requirements of §§ 264.573 (except § 264.573(b)), 264.574 and 264.575 of this subpart.
