A TAG contractor must comply with the following provisions when awarding subcontracts:
  1. (a)Section 35.4205 (b) pertaining to documentation;
  2. (b)Section 35.4205 (c) and (f) pertaining to cost;
  3. (c)Section 35.4195 (c) pertaining to suspension and debarment;
  4. (d)Section 35.4200 (b) pertaining to responsible contractors;
  5. (e)[Reserved]
  6. (f)Section 35.4200 (a) pertaining to unallowable contracts;
  7. (g)Section 35.4235 pertaining to contract provisions; and
  8. (h)Cost principles in 48 CFR part 31, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, if the contractor and subcontractors are profit-making organizations.
