A complete application for an environmental program grant must:
  1. (a)Meet the requirements in 2 CFR part 200, subpart C.
  2. (b)Include a proposed work plan (§ 35.507 of this subpart); and
  3. (c)Specify the environmental program and the amount of funds requested.
