  1. (a)Purpose of section. Sections 35.660 through 35.669 govern grants to Tribes and Intertribal Consortia under section 6605 of the Pollution Prevention Act.
  2. (b)Purpose of program. Pollution Prevention Grants are awarded to promote the use of source reduction techniques by businesses.
