For the purposes of this subpart:
  1. (a)Except as provided below, the general definitions, abbreviations and methods of analysis set forth in part 401 of this chapter shall apply to this subpart.
  2. (b)The term product means hydrogen cyanide.
  3. (c)The term Cyanide A means those cyanides amenable to chlorination and is determined by the methods specified in 40 CFR 136.3.
