For the purpose of this subpart:
  1. (a)Except as provided below, the general definitions, abbreviations and methods of analysis set forth in part 401 of this chapter shall apply to this subpart.
  2. (b)The term product shall mean chlorine.
  3. (c)The term mercury shall mean the total mercury present in the process wastewater stream exiting the mercury treatment system.
  4. (d)The term lead shall mean total lead.
