  1. (a)Any new source subject to this subpart and producing cadmium pigments must achieve the following new source performance standards (NSPS): The limitations for pH, TSS, cadmium (T), selenium (T), and zinc (T), are the same as specified in § 415.642(a).
  2. (b)Any new source subject to this subpart and producing cadmium salts must achieve the following new source performance standards (NSPS): The limitations for pH, TSS, cadmium (T), selenium (T), and zinc (T), are the same as specified in § 415.642(b).
