Any new source subject to this subpart shall achieve the following new source performance standards:
  1. (a)Tantalum alloy leach and rinse.
  2. (b)Capacitor leach and rinse.
  3. (c)Tantalum sludge leach and rinse.
  4. (d)Tantalum powder acid wash and rinse.
  5. (e)Leaching wet air pollution control.
