For the purpose of this subpart:
  1. (a)Except as provided below, the general definitions, abbreviations and methods of analysis set forth in 40 CFR part 401 shall apply to this subpart.
  2. (b)The abbreviation “mpc” shall mean 1000 pieces of floor tile.
  3. (c)The term “pieces” shall mean floor tile measured in the standard size of 12″ × 12″ × 3/32″.
  4. (d)COD shall mean COD added to the process waste water.
