40 CFR §430.101

For the purpose of this subpart:
  1. (a)Except as provided below, the general definitions, abbreviations, and methods of analysis set forth in 40 CFR part 401 and § 430.01 of this part shall apply to this subpart.
  2. (b)Noncorrugating medium furnish subdivision mills are mills where recycled corrugating medium is not used in the production of paperboard.
  3. (c)Corrugating medium furnish subdivision mills are mills where only recycled corrugating medium is used in the production of paperboard.
