For the purpose of this subpart:
  1. (a)Except as provided below, the general definitions, abbreviations and methods of analysis set forth in part 401 of this chapter shall apply to this subpart.
  2. (b)The term “product” shall mean carbon black manufactured by the thermal process.
  3. (c)The term “process waste water” shall mean waters which result from baghouse operations or thermal quench operations.
