  1. (a)Beginning January 1, 2007, a person must apply for and obtain a permit under § 49.132 Rule for general open burning permits.
  2. (b)Beginning January 1, 2007, a person must apply for and obtain approval of a permit under § 49.133 Rule for agricultural burning permits.
  3. (c)Beginning January 1, 2007, a person must apply for and obtain approval of a permit under § 49.134 Rule for forestry and silvicultural burning permits.
