  1. (a)Except for lead, each plan must contain a detailed inventory of emissions from point and area sources. Lead requirements are specified in § 51.117. The inventory must be based upon measured emissions or, where measured emissions are not available, documented emission factors.
  2. (b)Each plan must contain a summary of emission levels projected to result from application of the new control strategy.
  3. (c)Each plan must identify the sources of the data used in the projection of emissions.
