The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has certified to the satisfaction of EPA that no sources are located in the Commonwealth which are covered by the following Control Techniques Guidelines:
  1. (a)Large Petroleum Dry Cleaners.
  2. (b)Natural Gas/Gasoline Processing Plants.
  3. (c)Air Oxidation Processes/SOCMI.
  4. (d)Polypropylene/Polyethylene Manufacturing.
