  1. (a)The owner and operator of each source located in the State of California and Indian country within the borders of the State and for which requirements are set forth in § 52.40 and § 52.41, § 52.42, § 52.43, § 52.44, § 52.45, or § 52.46 must comply with such requirements with regard to emissions occurring in 2026 and each subsequent year.
  2. (b)Notwithstanding any other provision of this part, the effectiveness of paragraph (a) of this section is stayed.
