All employees with responsibilities that affect how a municipal waste combustion unit operates must complete the plant-specific training course. Include at least six types of employees:
  1. (a)Chief facility operators.
  2. (b)Shift supervisors.
  3. (c)Control room operators.
  4. (d)Ash handlers.
  5. (e)Maintenance personnel.
  6. (f)Crane or load handlers.
