  1. (a)The provisions of this subpart are applicable to the following affected facilities in secondary lead smelters: Process fugitive emissions sources, blast (cupola) furnaces, and reverberatory furnaces.
  2. (b)Any facility under paragraph (a) of this section that commences construction, reconstruction, or modification after November 20, 2023, is subject to the requirements of this subpart.
