40 CFR §60.1695 — What happens to the operating requirements during periods of startup, shutdown, and malfunction?

1. (a)The operating requirements of this subpart apply at all times except during periods of municipal waste combustion unit startup, shutdown, or malfunction.
2. (b)Each startup, shutdown, or malfunction must not last for longer than 3 hours.
