  2. (b)Metals.
    1. (1)Cadmium.
    2. (2)Lead.
    3. (3)Mercury.
    4. (4)Opacity.
    5. (5)Particulate matter.
  3. (c)Acid gases.
    1. (1)Hydrogen chloride.
    2. (2)Nitrogen oxides.
    3. (3)Sulfur dioxide.
  4. (d)Other.
    1. (1)Carbon monoxide.
    2. (2)Fugitive ash.
