You must submit the information specified in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section prior to initial startup:
  1. (a)The type(s) of waste to be burned;
  2. (b)The maximum design waste burning capacity;
  3. (c)The anticipated maximum charge rate;
  4. (d)If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under § 60.2115; and
  5. (e)The anticipated date of initial startup.
