The authorities that will not be delegated to state, local, or tribal agencies are specified in paragraphs (a) through (i) of this section:
  1. (a)Approval of alternatives to the emission limitations in tables 2, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of this subpart and operating limits established under § 60.2675;
  2. (b)Approval of major alternatives to test methods;
  3. (c)Approval of major alternatives to monitoring;
  4. (d)Approval of major alternatives to recordkeeping and reporting;
  5. (e)The requirements in § 60.2680;
  6. (f)The requirements in § 60.2665(b)(2);
  7. (g)Approval of alternative opacity emission limits in § 60.2670 under § 60.11(e)(6) through (8);
  8. (h)Performance test and data reduction waivers under § 60.8(b)(4) and (5); and
  9. (i)Approval of an alternative to any electronic reporting to the EPA required by this subpart.
