To maintain qualification, you must complete an annual review or refresher course covering, at a minimum, the five topics described in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section:
  1. (a)Update of regulations;
  2. (b)Incinerator operation, including startup and shutdown procedures, waste charging, and ash handling;
  3. (c)Inspection and maintenance;
  4. (d)Prevention and correction of malfunctions or conditions that may lead to malfunction; and
  5. (e)Discussion of operating problems encountered by attendees.
