  1. (a)The provisions of this subpart are applicable to the following affected facilities in steel plants that produce carbon, alloy, or specialty steels: electric arc furnaces (EAF), argon-oxygen decarburization (AOD) vessels, and dust-handling systems.
  2. (b)The provisions of this subpart apply to each affected facility identified in paragraph (a) of this section that commences construction, modification, or reconstruction after May 16, 2022.
