Your notification of achievement of increments of progress must include the three items described in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this section:
  1. (a)Notification that the increment of progress has been achieved;
  2. (b)Any items required to be submitted with each increment of progress (see § 60.2840); and
  3. (c)Signature of the owner or operator of the incinerator.
