The operator training course must be completed by the latest of the dates specified in paragraphs (a) through (d) of this section.
  1. (a)Six months after your OSWI unit startup date.
  2. (b)December 29, 2025.
  3. (c)The date before an employee assumes responsibility for operating the OSWI unit or assumes responsibility for supervising the operation of the OSWI unit.
