You must submit a notification prior to commencing construction that includes the five items listed in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section.
  1. (a)A statement of intent to construct.
  2. (b)The anticipated date of commencement of construction.
  3. (c)All documentation produced as a result of the siting requirements of § 60.2895.
  4. (d)The waste management plan as specified in §§ 60.2899 through 60.2901.
  5. (e)Anticipated date of initial startup.
