40 CFR §60.2953 — What information must I submit prior to initial startup?

You must submit the information specified in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section prior to initial startup.
  1. (a)The type(s) of waste to be burned.
  2. (b)The maximum design waste burning capacity.
  3. (c)The anticipated maximum charge rate.
  4. (d)If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under § 60.2917.
  5. (e)The anticipated date of initial startup.
