The operator training course must be completed by the latest of the dates specified in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this section.
  1. (a)The final compliance date specified in table 1 of this subpart.
  2. (b)Six months after your OSWI unit startup date.
  3. (c)Six months after an employee assumes responsibility for operating the OSWI unit or assumes responsibility for supervising the operation of the OSWI unit.
