40 CFR §60.3018 — How do I renew my lapsed operator qualification?

You must renew a lapsed operator qualification by one of the two methods specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section.
  1. (a)For a lapse of less than 3 years, you must complete a standard annual refresher course described in § 60.3017.
  2. (b)For a lapse of 3 years or more, you must repeat the initial qualification requirements in § 60.3016(a).
