  1. (a)If you close your incinerator but will reopen it prior to the final compliance date in your State plan, you must meet the final compliance date specified in table 1 of this subpart.
  2. (b)If you close your incinerator but will restart it after your final compliance date, you must meet the emission limitations on the date your incinerator restarts operation.
