40 CFR §60.3067

1. (a)Use EPA Method 9 of Appendix A to this part or ASTM D7520-16 (incorporated by reference, see § 60.17), to determine compliance with the opacity limitation.
2. (b)Conduct an initial test for opacity as specified in § 60.8 within 180 days after the final compliance date in table 1 of this subpart.
3. (c)After the initial test for opacity, conduct annual tests no more than 12 months following the date of your previous test.
4. (d)If the air curtain incinerator has been out of operation for more than 12 months following the date of your previous test, then you must conduct a test for opacity upon startup of the unit.
