  1. (a)Table 8 to this subpart shows which parts of the General Provisions in §§ 60.1 through 60.19 apply to you.
  2. (b)The provisions of 40 CFR 1068.10 and 1068.11 apply for engine manufacturers. For others, the general confidential business information (CBI) provisions apply as described in 40 CFR part 2.
