1. (a)Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, certain parts of the general provisions in §§ 60.1 through 60.19, listed in table 2 to this subpart, do not apply to your affected combustion turbine.
2. (b)Small, medium, and low utilization large combustion turbines that are subject to this subpart and are not a “major source” or located at a “major source” (as that term is defined at 42 U.S.C. 7661(2)) are exempt from the requirements of 42 U.S.C. 7661a(a).
