Yes, your SSI unit is an affected source if it meets all the criteria specified in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this section.
  1. (a)Your SSI unit is a SSI unit for which construction commenced after October 14, 2010 or for which modification commenced after September 21, 2011.
  2. (b)Your SSI unit is a SSI unit as defined in § 60.4930.
  3. (c)Your SSI unit is not exempt under § 60.4780.
