To maintain qualification, you must complete an annual review or refresher course covering, at a minimum, the five topics described in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section.
  1. (a)Update of regulations.
  2. (b)Incinerator operation, including startup and shutdown procedures, sewage sludge feeding, and ash handling.
  3. (c)Inspection and maintenance.
  4. (d)Prevention of malfunctions or conditions that may lead to malfunction.
  5. (e)Discussion of operating problems encountered by attendees.
