  1. (a)In delegating implementation and enforcement authority to a State under section 112(d) of the Act, the authorities contained in paragraph (b) of this section shall be retained by the Administrator and not transferred to a State.
  2. (b)Authorities that will not be delegated to States:
    1. (1)Section 61.149(c)(2)
    2. (2)Section 61.150(a)(4)
    3. (3)Section 61.151(c)
    4. (4)Section 61.152(b)(3)
    5. (5)Section 61.154(d)
    6. (6)Section 61.155(a).
