  1. (a)The Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Board submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency on February 20, 2001, a “State Plan for implementation and enforcement of 40 CFR part 60, subpart Ce, Emission Guidelines and Compliance Times for Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators.
  2. (b)Identification of sources: The plan applies to all applicable existing hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators for which construction commenced on or before June 20, 1996.
