  1. (a)You must establish a program for reviewing the information listed in § 62.14424 annually with each HMIWI operator (defined in § 62.14490).
  2. (b)You must conduct your initial review of the information listed in § 62.14424 by [date 6 months after publication of final rule], or prior to assumption of responsibilities affecting HMIWI operation, whichever is later.
  3. (c)You must conduct subsequent reviews of the information listed in § 62.14424 annually.
