To maintain qualification, you must complete an annual review or refresher course of at least 4 hours covering, at a minimum, the five topics described in paragraphs (a) through (e) of this section.
  1. (a)Update of regulations.
  2. (b)Incinerator operation, including startup and shutdown procedures, waste charging, and ash handling.
  3. (c)Inspection and maintenance.
  4. (d)Responses to malfunctions or conditions that may lead to malfunction.
  5. (e)Discussion of operating problems encountered by attendees.
