40 CFR §62.14745a — a What must I do if I close my air curtain incinerator and then restart it?

1. (a)If you close your incinerator but will reopen it prior to the final compliance date in this subpart, you must comply with the final standards in this subpart on January 10, 2025.
2. (b)If you close your incinerator but will restart it after January 10, 2025, you must complete emission control retrofits and meet the emission limitations under this subpart on the date your incinerator restarts operation.
