  1. (a)Use Method 9 of 40 CFR part 60, appendix A-4, to determine compliance with the opacity limitation.
  2. (b)Conduct an initial test for opacity as specified in § 60.8 of this chapter no later than 180 days after your final compliance date under this subpart.
  3. (c)After the initial test for opacity, conduct annual tests no more than 12 calendar months following the date of your previous test.
