For your control plan, you must satisfy the two requirements specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section.
  1. (a)Submit the final control plan to your EPA regional office and permitting authority or delegated authority that includes the four items described in paragraphs (a)(1) through (4) of this section:
    1. (1)A description of the devices for air pollution control and process changes that you will use to comply with the emission limits and standards and other requirements of this subpart;
    2. (2)The type(s) of waste to be burned, if waste other than sewage sludge is burned in the unit;
    3. (3)The maximum design sewage sludge burning capacity; and
    4. (4)If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under § 62.15965.
  2. (b)Maintain an onsite copy of the final control plan.
