  1. (a)The plan applies to existing hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators for which construction was commenced on or before December 1, 2008, or for which modification was commenced on or before April 6, 2010.
  2. (b)On December 21, 2010, Florida submitted a revised state plan and related Florida Administrative Code amendments as required by 40 CFR part 60, subpart Ce, amended on October 6, 2009.
